Substituting proper meals with power bar would seem to be one of the most common mistake by people who want to see immediate improvement on their fitness and nutrition. Yes taking some power bars would really improve one’s metabolism but consuming it as a substitute to meals then it would be bad. If you try look at it power bars are made to supplement our balance meals in our fitness and nutrition program we choose, and take note they are not made to replace it.
Avoidance of carbohydrates in our meals is considered to be one of the common misconception in maintaining fitness and nutrition. Well it is true that carbohydrates would make you fat but they are also helpful in promoting fitness and nutrition because carbohydrates is a good source of energy.
Also there are some people who thought that reducing their intake of fluids into their body would make them lose more weight. This is purely wrong. For a person improve his or her own fitness and nutrition, one is required to meet the daily demand of 8 glasses of water. According to some experts they said that if you would lose even 1 percent of fluid your body will be affected negatively. Particularly when exercising, it would be better to even surpass the minimum of 8 glasses of water for you to be replenished.
Last we have is starving would solve the problem of gaining weight or even loss some weight. However, if you would just eat the right food on a regular basis you will not gain any weight but if you would overeat on foods that aren’t good for you then expect yourself to gain some weight. Remember starving is not a key to a better health.
